When breakfast is included, as it was at this property, it is a huge convenience, especially when one is heading to the airport to catch a flight. It was more than adequate - coffee, tea, juice, gorgeous muffins, toast, the ability to make waffles, hard boiled eggs (which my husband loves with toast) - and all presented nicely and kept clean. Hotel staff were amazing - friendly, welcoming and helpful - and the shuttle service to the airport was not only timely but our driver was most accommodating.

Nice simple property ideal for a night or two. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, everything worked and all the staff we met were lovely. The continental breakfast was basic but fine for a coffee, cereal, waffle and juice. The location is perfect for hopping on the highway out of Sidney or enjoying the bars & restaurants that Sidney has to offer. For a budget hotel this ticks all the boxes.

The room (handicapped) was very helpful especially for my husband. Being able to serve ourselves with a quick breakfast was nice. Also person who was filling the food and cleaning up (sorry did not catch her name), was very busy and helpful. As we were returning a rental car to the airport it was easy, especially after speaking with Spencer who gave good directions and also was very positive and charming. He gets big points.

We did not take advantage of the free breakfast. All in all this hotel offered valuable for its room rates. Staff are very good. They are helpful, friendly and show they care about doing a good job. We arrived prior to checkin. They offered us a discount coupon for the restaurant next door. They took our luggage and stored it in a safe place while we went to eat. While we were eating the waitress in the adjoining restaurant let us know our room was ready. They made the extra effort to prepare a room prior to the checkin time which was greatly appreciated since we were traveling with alot of luggage and had just arrived from the other side of the country.

Location is excellent, we were able to walk to the waterfront. We were able to check in early which was great and we had shuttle service from the airport and also early in the morning back to the airport. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Didn’t have breakfast as we left at 4:30 AM.

The suite had an excellent kitchen with full size fridge. It was very spacious and the sofa bed was very comfortable which isn't always the case in hotels. This suite would be good for long stays. The bathroom is spacious and the shower excellent. Lots of fluffy towels on hand. Breakfast although Continental had a wide variety of options and we ate well to get ready for a busy day. The location isn't bad either being about 6 blocks from the ocean down a charming main street.

We chose the Travelodge mainly for its location, as it's a short ride on their complimentary shuttle bus to Victoria airport (YYJ), but we also found it was really close to the great shops and restaurants in downtown Sidney. Staff including the shuttle bus driver were very helpful.

Hotel was convenient. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. Close to the airport. Comfortable clean rooms. We were able to have an early check-in.

The staff are excellent! Customer service is perfect. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Close to everthing, restaurants, shops, pier..etc

We requested a crib and it’s a real crib. Unlike other travel cot, the crib provides better support for a baby. There are free shuttle to the airport and they have compulsory bikes for guests. the location is great and some grocery stores nearby.
