Left for the airport at 4 am, without any breakfast. Room was a long walk from the check-in, but we were able to get in to it earlier than expected, and this was much appreciated. Front office staff were pleasant and accommodating!! Room was of good size and very clean. We enjoyed our brief stay with you

On Oct. 4 we requested a shuttle pick up from the airport. Sheila arrived within 15 minutes, was very friendly and helped with our luggage. The staff at reception were helpful, upgraded our room and gave us a 20% discount coupon for the restaurant next door.

The staff were amazing and very helpful! The staff were very accommodating with shuttles to and from the airport. The breakfast was good. The pool was nice. The room was clean with good temperature control.

Proximity to the airport, free airport shuttle; beds were comfortable; breakfast was good; laundry facilities; good size refrigerator; keurig coffee maker; adjacent gas station for rental car fill-up; bathroom size, dove bathroom products and adjacent Dickens pub which was very good.

The Hotel has free transport to the train station and the airport. Breakfast was a good primary option, which surprised us when we compared it with other hotels in the same price range. The coffee and tea was very good. It had just been through a minor restoration with the bed and carpet.

We arrived from a cruise ship and a couple of us weren't feeling well. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The room was a nice size. The breakfast included waffles - always a favorite of mine. There were lots of other choices as well. An excellent breakfast included with the room rate. We required a car to travel to places we needed to go which came in handy when we left the hotel. I would recommend this hotel as having pleasant staff, clean and comfortable rooms and nice amenities. We did feel the price was a little higher than what we had hoped to spend.

Very convenient location. Many restaurants and a grocery store next door. Walking distance to bus stops, boutique shops and waterfront. Free breakfast. Free shuttle to the ferry terminal and airport.

I believe that breakfast options are limited and lack variety. To enhance the dining experience, I suggest incorporating fried eggs, ham, or bacon, and a salad plate should be a standard offering.

this hotel has a great shuttle service for airport and ferry terminal (unless you land after 10pm, which the last SEA-YYJ flight does); neatly located next to a bar that serves food and a supermarket and mcdonalds
